Also for our USA customers orders shipped to the USA are NOT subject to VAT nor will you be liable for Import Duty*. Please see our EX-VAT product prices, as VAT is never charged on orders shipped to the the USA. (*Import Duties are only payable if the value of goods plus the shipping charge is OVER a total of $800, which is approx £620).

How much will delivery cost?

Our delivery costs are generated based on the weight of the items in your basket and the delivery address so that we can give you the lowest delivery cost we can. Simply take your order through to checkout and a delivery cost will be created for you. But...

  • UK standard delivery is FREE for orders placed with a value over £50 (inc VAT).
  • UK express delivery costs are based on the weight of the order and can be found at the checkout page.
  • Delivery to the EU, Switzerland and Norway starts at £9.95 for small items and £14.95 for up to two O bags.
  • USA standard delivery starts from £9.95 for small items and £19.95 for up to two O bags.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

All International orders are processed and despatched from the UK on working weekdays only (not weekends or holidays). The number of days it takes for you to receive your order depends on when an order is placed, the distance of travel, the type of delivery service and any customs clearance service.

Our delivery times listed below are estimates:

  • UK Standard Delivery usually takes 2 to 4 working days.
  • UK Express Delivery in the UK will arrive the next working day for orders placed before 12pm (GMT) on a working day.
  • Deliveries outside the UK will typically arrive within 3-5 working days of despatch.

We cannot provide an exact delivery date/time, but a tracking number can be provided on request.

If your parcel hasn't reached you within 14 working days, please contact us.

What happens if I’m not in when my order is delivered?

All our deliveries must be signed for on receipt as proof of delivery and as such we cannot accept orders to a PO Box for delivery address.

If no one is at your delivery address to sign for and accept your package at the time of delivery the courier will leave a card in order to rearrange the delivery or an address from which you need to pick up the package and a time limit. Please make sure you collect the order in time as they will return packages to us if you do not collect it.

If the courier DOES have to return packages to us, we reserve the right to ask for a second delivery charge to re-despatch your order to you. We also reserve the right to retain the return charges if packages are returned due to you giving us an incorrect address.

In the event of error in entered delivery information, failure to pay relevant local taxes or failure to accept the delivery an administrative charge together with any delivery charges may be withheld from any eventual refund. Where delivery is refused for any reason the delivery charge and any return delivery charge may also be withheld for the same reasons.

What if I want to cancel my order?

If you are considering cancelling you order after packages have been sent back to us by the courier, please read and be aware of all THE CONDITIONS OF OUR RETURNS POLICY HERE as you may not get a refund in some cases.

Do I need to pay import/customs charges?

VAT (Sales Tax) is only charged at the checkout if delivery is to a European EC Fiscal (VAT) Area country.

If delivery is to a country outside the European EC Fiscal (VAT) Area you will not be charged VAT but Import Duty / Tax in your destination country may be charged prior to delivery by the courier.

You need to complete your delivery address before we can determine whether or not VAT should be charged and to calculate the shipping charge.

We have no control over import duties, taxes and thresholds, which vary from country to country; you may wish to contact your local customs office for clarification. We include appropriate customs documents.

If you do NOT pay the Import Duty the courier may not be able to complete the delivery and if the package is then returned to us by the Courier we will not provide a refund for the courier’s return costs.

Orders shipped to the USA are not subject to VAT nor should you be liable for Import Duty if the value of goods plus the shipping charge is under $800, which is approximately £620. Please use the EX-VAT product prices, as VAT is never charged on orders shipped to USA.

Bitte beachten Sie:

  • Versand in die EU, Schweiz und nach Norwegen, beginnt ab mindestens £9.95 für kleine Gegenstände und £14.95 für bis zu zwei O bags.

Wie lange beträgt die Lieferzeit?

Alle internationalen Bestellungen können nur an Werktagen bearbeitet werden und werden schnellstmöglich aus Großbritannien versandt. Die Lieferzeit richtet sich nach dem Datum der Bestellung, der Entfernung zum Ziel, der Versandart und der Zollfreigabe.

Die untenstehenden Lieferzeitangaben sind Erfahrungswerte, daher nur ungefähr:

  • Lieferungen außerhalb Großbritanniens benötigen meist 3-5 Tage Werktage, nachdem sie versandt wurden.

Leider können wir keine präzisen Angaben zum Sendungserhalt machen. Allerdings können wir Ihnen auf Anfrage eine Sendungsverfolgungsnummer übermitteln.

Kontaktieren Sie uns, falls Ihre Sendung Sie nicht innerhalb von 14 Tagen erreicht hat.

Was passiert, wenn ich zum Zeitpunkt der Zustellung nicht zuhause bin?

Die Zustellung unserer Waren muss immer per Unterschrift quittiert werden. Deshalb können wir leider nicht an Postfächer versenden.

Falls Sie zum Zeitpunkt der Zustellung nicht zuhause sind, um Ihr Paket entgegenzunehmen, wird der Kurier eine Notiz hinterlassen, die die Zustellung arrangiert (entweder per Abholung, oder mehreren Zustellungsversuchen). Bitte stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie Ihr Paket auf diese Weise entgegennehmen können, da es sonst an uns retourniert wird.

Falls der Kurier das Paket an uns zurücksendet, behalten wir uns das Recht vor Ihnen die Versandkosten für einen zweiten Versand in Rechnung zu stellen. Dies gilt auch für Bestellungen die retourniert werden, weil die Versandadresse von Ihnen fehlerhaft angegeben wurde.

Sollte es einen Fehler in den eingegebenen Versandinformationen geben oder beim Bezahlen von relevanten regionalen Steuern oder sollte die Zustellung nicht akzeptiert werden, behalten wir es uns vor eine Verwaltungsgebühr von einer möglichen Rückerstattung im Fall einer Retour abzuziehen. Falls die Zustellung in Rechnung gestellt wird, trifft dies auch auf diese zu.
